An annual, peer-reviewed, journal Krishna Law Review is published with enriched papers from Law disciplines. The Journal publishes articles on all aspects of the law. The papers and articles included in the Journal are intended to have the widest appeal to those interested in the study of law, whether as students, academicians, or professionals.KLR is an annual online journal published at the end of August on our website. The journal encourages contributions of Law students on various themes, problems, policy areas, etc. which are written with a methodological focus and are relevant to the disciplines covered. Both qualitative and quantitative research are welcomed which is rich in context and content.

Submissions are assessed by the Editorial Board and are subject to external peer review using the single anonymous method whereby the identity of the reviewers and editors is not disclosed to the authors.

Authors are entitled to appeal against a rejection decision made by a journal. Appeals should be submitted to the journal email address. We must receive your valid appeal within four weeks of the original decision, otherwise, it will not be considered. An appeal is considered to be an extension of the peer review process and so you should not submit your article to another publication whilst an appeal is ongoing.

Format – All submissions should follow the journal guidelines for word count, page margins, and line numbering.

Language – Non-native English/Hindi speakers are encouraged to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission.

Graphics – All figures and tables should be presented in a clear and informative manner.

Author List – All authors must be listed on the title page in the correct order. Ensure all author email addresses provided are valid.
Manuscripts should:

Be concise and clear.

Be limited to 5000 words for submissions.

Display the word count on the title page.

Contain no more than 30 references as recommended by the journal.

Use double line spacing throughout (including reference list and figure legends).

Be submitted in the correct file type, i.e., main document in an editable Word format.

Be written in either Hindi or UK/US English.

For article text: txt, doc, docx, rtf. We are unable to accept pdf files for article text for revised manuscripts but can do so for first submissions.

The abstract should be a single paragraph of not more than 150 words.Avoid abbreviations and references in this section.

Site references in the text using the authors’ names and publication year. Use etal. for articles with more than two authors. Where there are several citations, list them in chronological order.

The format of review articles is more fluid but should include the following:

3. Conclusions

Review submissions should be limited to 5000 words.

Not submit the same or similar article or substantially similar material, concurrently to any other journal or primary publication, nor do so until the outcome of their submission to the journal is known.

Avoid self-plagiarism, i.e., not submit the same or substantially similar material (data or text) as contained in any article, including review articles, that the author(s) have published previously.
